90-Night Comfort Adjustment Policy

We want each sleeper to find the comfort level that works best for them. During the 90-night trial, each sleeper may request one approved replacement insert.

A $40 replacement and restocking fee normally applies to each insert. This fee is waived once for each sleeper’s first approved comfort adjustment.

To prevent misuse of the program, Comfy Couples may require the original insert to be returned before sending a replacement. However, because foam inserts are bulky and difficult to repackage, we may waive the physical return requirement after completing a brief comfort consultation and verifying the original insert through photographs.

Please do not discard, donate, alter, or otherwise dispose of your original insert until Comfy Couples confirms in writing that the return requirement has been waived.

Customers should sleep on their original insert for at least 14 nights before requesting a replacement, except when the insert causes a significant or immediate comfort concern.

Additional replacement inserts may be purchased during the original 90-night trial for a $40 replacement fee per insert, plus applicable material upgrades and shipping costs.

Replacement inserts do not restart or extend the original 90-night trial. The comfort-adjustment program is intended to help customers correct a genuine comfort issue. Comfy Couples reserves the right to require a return or deny requests involving repeated accounts, resale, false information, excessive claims, or suspected misuse of the program.
