At Comfy Couples, we do our best to get your Dual Topper shipped quickly and safely so you can start sleeping better as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after your order is placed.

Because each Dual Topper includes comfort inserts selected for your side of the bed, some orders may take slightly longer during busy periods or if a specific insert option is temporarily delayed.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping at Checkout

Shipping options and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Comfy Couples is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at comfycouples1@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

We'll work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Packaging

Your Dual Topper may arrive compressed for shipping. After opening, allow the topper and inserts time to expand and air out before use. A slight foam smell after unpacking is normal and should fade with ventilation.
