How do I choose the right firmness?
Each side of the Dual Topper can be customized separately, so both sleepers can find a better fit. If you are unsure where to begin, reach out and we will help guide you.
Will we feel the split in the middle?
The Dual Topper is designed to feel like one bed, not two separate pads. The unified comfort layer helps create a smooth sleeping surface across the top.
What if my topper seems a little too big or too small?
A difference of around one inch is usually within normal variation. Mattresses can vary slightly from their listed size, and foam may need a little time to fully settle after unpacking. In most cases, once the topper is fully expanded, centered, and covered, it looks and feels right. If it still seems clearly off, contact us before making any changes. Please do not cut or trim the foam before reaching out.
How long should I let the topper expand?
Give it time to fully relax after opening. Foam often needs a little while to settle into its final shape.
Can each side really be different?
Yes. One side can be softer while the other is firmer, so both people can sleep comfortably without compromise.
Can I change my inserts later?
Yes. The insert system is made to give you flexibility over time, so you can adjust comfort without replacing the whole topper.
